The staff were extremely helpful. We were able to store our luggage with them and when we had a problem with the room they were able to move us to a new room free of charge.

Staff were all friendly and very helpful . The location is great not too far from station and also tram station for Korakuen garden and Okayama. Plenty of lovely restaurant and bar kitchens around . Will definitely consider to use this friendly hotel again .

One thing I particularly loved about Livemax Hotel Okayama was the excellent location. It was just a short walk away from train stations and several shopping centers, making it incredibly easy to explore the city and nearby areas.

Inside the cozy kitchens area of Nishigawa Canal Walk Park, close to Okayama Central Station on one direction and Okayama Castle and Korakuen Park on the other, it is really well localized.
